Multimeter 1 only, insulation resistance meter 1, Yjlv-0.6/1KV-4*70 cable, aluminum alloy wiring nose (70mm2) 4, grounding wire 1 set, clean.

Safety facilities: safety barriers, warning signs.

Points to note: check the station, have a hot construction environment, the fire can not be closed to people and equipment, intermittent work to ensure safety, civilized construction.

Steps:

1 Cutting: Straighten the cable, mark the length of the cut according to the cable attachment, and engrave a circular knife mark to cut the outer sheath.

2. Install the branch pipe: fill the branch around with the filling glue and self-adhesive glue, form the jujube shape outside, clean the outer sheath of the cable section of the sealing section, pay attention to the grounding wire, fill the hot melt adhesive, and insert the branch sleeve to make it The lower mouth reaches the mark, heating from the middle to the bottom, a small amount of glue is extruded, and then heated from the middle to the top.

3. Crimp terminal: Cutting length is 5mm deep in terminal hole, 45 degrees cutting, cleaning wire, terminal block, 30s after molding in place, boring trimming angle, filling, each lap 5mm, smooth transition.

4. Set heat-shrinkable tube: refers to the root overlap 20mm, heat shrink, and then 2-3 layers, 30-40mm long insulation tape at the root and terminal.

5. Phase color standard.

6. Measurement, shake measurement.
