The working principle is shown in the figure of a 2.4 W constant voltage / constant current (CV / CC) universal input charger power supply, the design uses Power Integrations LinkSwitch series LNK-603DG. This design is suitable for cordless phone base Charger or any similar application with constant voltage/constant current characteristics. Overheat protection with hysteresis recovery ensures that the PCB temperature is safely restarted under all conditions: output short circuit and open loop protection
Extremely high efficiency The average efficiency over the entire load range: 75% (ENERGY STAR 2.0 requires 67%)
No-load input energy consumption: <30 mW at 230 VAC input
Ultra-low leakage current: <5 μA at 265 VAC input (no Y capacitor required)
