AC contactor replacement precautions

1 After the replacement of the new contactor, the magnetic system loss at its rated voltage, and the loss of the conductive portion under the operating current, can not be larger than the original contactor, so as not to exceed the temperature rise.

2 Replace the new contactor, and the distance between the surrounding metal conductors in the arc direction should not be less than the original contactor to avoid accidents.

3 When the contactor is used to automatically reverse the circuit, the action time of the reversible conversion of the replaced new contactor should not be greater than the arc burning time when the contactor is disconnected to avoid phase-to-phase short circuit.

4 After the replacement of the new contactor, its rated current, closing and breaking capacity can not be lower than the original contactor.
