Abstract: Introduced a family telemedicine monitoring system composed of ARM processor S3C44B0X and M590E GPRS module. The author introduces the performance characteristics of S3C44B0X and M590, the design of the main peripheral interface circuit, as well as the software design architecture and system composition principles, and gives the software configuration method of the GPRS module. After experimental testing, this system has achieved relatively good results in application.
In recent years, the number of patients dying because of the inability to receive timely care and rescue in the family has greatly increased. With the intensification of aging, the health status of the elderly at home has also received greater attention. The medical service system studied in this paper can greatly reduce the time and cost of transporting patients, and can take care of the health status of the elderly in a timely manner, which plays an important role in improving the health of the people in our country. This paper proposes a family medical service system based on GPRS network. This system adopts the latest GPRS transmission technology and a more humanized menu-type human-machine interface to realize the real-time monitoring of family patients by the hospital.
1 Working principle of the system
The system consists of human health parameter detection module, GPRS network and remote computer monitoring center. The human health parameter detection module is composed of human life parameter acquisition sensors. The sensor group is composed of an adapter board, GPRS network, MPU and auxiliary circuits, as shown in Figure 1.

The sensor collects human health parameters. When the signal collected by the sensor is a digital quantity, the signal is directly transmitted to the MPU. When the signal collected by the sensor is an analog quantity, the signal amplification and filtering processing needs to be performed through the sensor group adapter board, and then transmitted to MPU. The signal processed by MPU is displayed and stored on the LCD. MPU encapsulates the data in the corresponding protocol and transmits it to the GPRS wireless communication module. The module transmits the data to the GPRS public network, and transmits the data to a remote computer via Internet monitoring Center. The center organizes and stores the received data to achieve the purpose of monitoring patients.
1.1 GPRS module
Out of consideration for cost performance and system requirements, this system uses Wavecom's M590E GPRS module. This module has voice, SMS service, data transmission and FAX functions and integrates Base band, RF and fast flash memory and supports RS232 and so on.
The GPRS module and MPU can communicate through the RS232 serial port.
The module is based on the IP protocol, and the GPRS network can communicate with the S3C44B0X only after sending data packets conforming to the IP protocol. And uClinux operating system has a complete TCP / IP protocol stack, which can fully meet the requirements of system functions.
When communicating, the first step is to establish a GPRS channel through AT commands, the second step is to set the baud rate and specify the upper layer protocol to open the GPRS link, and finally use the PPP protocol to connect and transmit the data link layer.
After the lower layer link is successfully established, the upper layer socket communication is required.
Above the link layer is the IP layer. The protocols that can be selected on this layer are connection-oriented TCP and non-connection-oriented UDP. If the data reliability requirements are high, the TCP protocol should be selected, but its implementation is relatively complicated and the system load is heavy; although the reliability of the UDP protocol is low, the load on the network is small. More suitable for real-time data transmission. This system has relatively high real-time requirements, and UDP protocol should be selected. This protocol is not only simple but also effective in practical applications. The system needs to realize remote measurement and control, so it is necessary to write a communication software for the PC of the GPRS module. It is mainly used to receive and send IP packets of UDP protocol and an LCD menu man-machine dialog box similar to the embedded system.
1.2 Software implementation of remote computer monitoring center
The remote computer monitoring center is actually a system to manage the database. The remote database uses SQL Server as the software. SQL is a structured query language and a standard database language. The random query of SQL on the database and the functions of managing the database and designing programs are very rich. The user interface of this system uses C ++ Builder as the development language. The software can provide rich visual and invisible controls, can create a good user interface, can perform efficient database management and access, and can quickly execute and network programming. The database is powerful, not only has the basic functions of querying, adding, deleting and editing, but also has practical functions such as alarming, exporting, printing, querying and drawing.
Product introduction
1000kVA and above Oil Immersed Transformers must be equipped with outdoor signal thermometers and can be connected to remote signals. Oil immersed transformers of 800kVA and above shall be equipped with gas relay and pressure protection device. Oil immersed transformers of 800kVA and below can also be equipped with gas relay according to the use requirements and through consultation with the manufacturer. Dry type transformers shall be equipped with temperature measuring devices according to the manufacturer's regulations, generally 630kVA and above transformers.
According to the phase number of a single transformer, it can be divided into three-phase transformer and single-phase transformer. In three-phase power systems, three-phase transformers are generally used. When the capacity is too large and limited by transportation conditions, three single-phase transformers can also be used to form a transformer bank in three-phase power systems.
According to the number of windings, it can be divided into two winding transformers and three winding transformers. Generally, transformers are double winding transformers, that is, there are two windings on the iron core, one is the primary winding and the other is the secondary winding. The three winding transformer is a transformer with large capacity (above 5600 KVA), which is used to connect three different voltage transmission lines. In special cases, there are also transformers with more windings.
According to the structure, it can be divided into core type transformer and shell type transformer. If the winding is wrapped around the iron core, it is an iron core transformer; If the iron core is wrapped around the winding, it is a shell type transformer. However, they are slightly different in structure and have no essential difference in principle. All power transformers are iron core type.
According to insulation and cooling conditions, it can be divided into oil immersed transformer and Dry Type Transformer. In order to strengthen the insulation and cooling conditions, the core and winding of the transformer are immersed together in the oil tank filled with transformer oil. In special cases, such as street lamps and mine lighting, dry-type transformers are also used.
In addition, there are various special transformers for special purposes. For example, high-voltage transformer for test, transformer for electric furnace, transformer for electric welding and transformer for SCR circuit, voltage transformer and current transformer for measuring instrument.
