All the products we sold here are manufactured by Feilong motors and electric appliance factory ,Changzhou , Jiangsu Province ,China.
2.Motors selection
Please contact us to confirm the model and other details of the motor before purchase.Â
3.PaymentÂ
We can serve samples and accept fully prepayment only . 50% advance is needed for bulk purchase and balance before shipment .Paypal, Western Union, T/T are all accepted.
4.Delivery
Samples in stock can be delivered within 7Â days and customized samples within 30 days. Delivery date for bulk order depends on quantity.
5.Feedback and after-sale serviceÂ
Any problems in using are welcome to be informed ! Our technician will give you professional advise . We will give you free maintenance within 24 months if the flaws are the result of production.

Q: How to choose a motor to match my machine?
A: Please give us the key parameters of the motor. Here are some important specifications we need : holding torque, physical size (diameter ,length etc.),  voltage, current etc. Feel free to contact us and give the information, we are very glad to help you if you are confused in selection.

Q: If I need a special motor , can you manufacture?
A: Certainly, you can. If you want to replace a motor in an existing application,please send us a drawing or sample and we can help you find a suitable replacement. Or, you can contact us and describe your application, our engineers will work together with you to find a solution tailor-made for you.

Q: Do you have any products in stock? Can IÂ order samples first?Â
A: We stock many of our standard models. If you would like to test a sample first, we are glad to send some your way. Of course we do not stock specialized motors. If you have special needs, please let us know and we will try our best to send you samples as soon as possible.

Q: How long should IÂ expect the lead-time/delivery to be?
A:  If you are ordering samples of standard models, we can usually have them shipped and delivered within 15 days by air. When requesting custom motors, please allow us a 4-5 week lead-time.

A: We are very flexible with shipping and have dealings with most major courier services around the world. When placing an order, simply provide us a shipping address and contact information, we will handle the rest. If there is a forwarder or courier you prefer to use, just let us know and we will accommodate.

Elevators play a vital role in people's daily life. Whether it is a commercial office building or a residential building, the elevator goes up and down every day, almost all day long, which is a test of the elevator wiring harness and safety insurance system. In recent years, we have It is learned from the news that many elevators have suffered personal injury accidents, most of which are aging elevators, or problems with the system, resulting in accidents.
Elevator unit Wire Harness structure features:
1. Use 0.2mm round copper single-strand twist, and the insulating layer is wrapped between the insulation and the conductor. When the cable is distorted in the same direction, the flexibility of the cable increases, and the bending function;
2. The cable is added with a cable reinforcement core to withstand mechanical tension. The reinforcement core is made of nylon rope and steel wire rope to increase the tensile strength of the cable;
3. YTF cable uses neoprene sheath to improve the weather resistance and non-flammability of the cable.
Elevator unit wire harness requirements:
1. The cable should hang freely and retract completely before use, and the reinforcing core of the cable should be fixed to accept the tensile force together;
2. Multiple cables should be arranged in rows. In the process of operation, the cables rise and fall, the elevator moves, moves, and bends frequently, requiring flexibility and good bending performance;
3. The cable is placed straight and requires a certain tensile strength;
4. The working environment is oily and fireproof, and the cable is not required to be flame retardant;
5. The outer diameter is required to be small and the weight is light.
