With the rapid development of intelligent buildings, home automation systems are gradually improved in terms of convenience, efficiency, energy saving and safety. An intelligent home network controller based on Internet is designed. The upper layer realizes Internet interconnection, and the lower layer uses fieldbus technology to manage the bottom equipment. Its advantage lies in making full use of the Internet's interconnectivity and the two-way, serial, digital and other characteristics of the field bus to monitor and manage household appliances and optimize the use of energy.

With the continuous development and improvement of computer, control, network, communication, microelectronics and construction technologies, as well as the integration and organic integration of systems with each other, intelligent buildings have become the development direction of modern architecture. Among them, Building Automation System (BAS), Office Automation System (OAS) and Communication Automation System (CAS) have been successfully applied. At the same time, the improvement of people's living standards puts forward higher requirements for the residential environment in terms of comfort, safety, high efficiency, energy saving and convenience. Therefore, the Home Automation System (HAS) came into being. It realizes the management of home equipment networks. , On the other hand, it is interconnected with the whole building main control management system. The main management of the home network are:

(1) Automatic monitoring of electrical equipment, optimized management and control of energy, such as home appliance switches, air conditioning adjustment, lighting control, sound adjustment, temperature control, humidity control, safety and security management, and automatic meter, water, electricity and gas Billing and transfer management, etc.

(2) Interconnect digital devices, and connect LANs between internal home network access devices, such as computers, multimedia computers, TVs, cameras / recorders, VCD / DVDs, and digital cameras. Externally connected to the Internet, remote monitoring, education, medical care, deposit and loan, shopping, etc.

At present, a variety of HAS products coexist, mainly concentrated in Europe, the United States and Japan, basically using DCS control scheme, but the network standards between the systems are different, and the mutual compatibility is poor. For details, please refer to the literature. China is now in the initial stage of development and research, and many problems need to be solved urgently.

1 Overall scheme design

Generally speaking, users purchase household equipment one by one. From the perspective of informatization, most electrical equipment is on-site equipment and does not have the conditions for informatization. It is an "information island", and digital equipment has the basis for information exchange. The complexity and diversity of device functions, the correlation between devices, the randomness of users and the unpredictability of the degree of use, etc., require the system to have good openness, scalability, and a high degree of intelligence. Can automatically adjust to adapt to different users and multiple environmental needs. The user only needs to operate the configuration briefly to realize the "plug and play" of the device, automatically identify the type of the device and establish the relevant connection with it.

From the trend of network information of intelligent buildings and embedded networking of peripherals, the building LAN and the Internet have been interconnected, and some Ethernet directly enter the household, making full use of existing standards and existing resources in the building, and Internet access provides conditions At the same time, it can meet the user's convenient, fast and simple remote operation, remote query, monitoring and management of home equipment. For the interconnection of digital devices and the Internet and the LAN interconnection technology between each other is mature, this article will not repeat them.

Aiming at the characteristics of scattered and random numbers of field devices in the home, the field bus is based on the bidirectional, serial, multi-node digital communication and other technologies. The open, digital, decentralized and intelligent underlying control network FCS (Fieldbus Control System) is completely Meet distributed and incremental control requirements. The openness of the bus communication protocol allows devices produced by different manufacturers to be interconnected to exchange information. The control tasks are downloaded separately into the field intelligent instruments and device equipment, and the algorithms such as control and monitoring are completed through the microprocessor, which can realize the integration of measurement and control and improve the reliability of the entire system.

Based on the above analysis, the author designed an intelligent home network controller based on Internet. The overall scheme is shown in Figure 1. Take Internet / Ethernet direct access as an example, the user's home controller HCU (Home Control Uint) is connected via a twisted pair unshielded line, and the field circuit device is connected to the controller through the CAN bus through its own control unit. In this way, HAS, as an information processing system, is an embedded unified control platform for all equal devices in the house. On the one hand, it realizes the informationization of field devices and provides information intelligent processing and communication capabilities; on the other hand, it provides a unified information exchange interface and control rules Through information integration and management of the subsystems of different functions and the exchange of information between the subsystems, the house becomes an organic whole.
