The new TLE9221SX fully complies with the latest FlexRay electrical physical layer specification version 3.0.1. Availability and packaging
FlexRay transceiver TLE9221SX is now in mass production. These devices are available in RoHS compliant PG-SSOP-16 package. Models with 14-pin PG-TSSOP packages are scheduled to be available at the end of 2014.
