First of all, we need to understand the structure of the LED candle light. The candle light is from top to bottom: blister, lamp body (heat sink, power supply inside the air), plastic parts, metal lamp heads. The way in which the shell portion of the conventional LED candle bulb is combined with the lamp body is glued with glue, which is the "sin-burst-crack-first" of the "water vapor" phenomenon.
To understand why the glue is "head-number-suspect-crime" we have to start from the production process of LED candle light.
The production process of candle lamps is divided into two sections: assembly and aging. In the conventional candle lamp production process, the bonding of the bulb and the lamp body is completed in the assembly stage, followed by the large-scale candle lamp aging together.
Then the problem comes. The temperature of the lamp itself will rise regardless of the size of the lamp during the aging process. If the heat is not good, the water contained in the glue will evaporate in the high temperature environment. Naturally, Attached to the inner wall of the bulb, this situation can be found by the consumer after unpacking. But the earliest people should be the manufacturer. As for why it will be distributed to consumers, it is a problem for manufacturers.
So how do you stop this kind of water vapor phenomenon? This must be considered in terms of production process improvement and glue quality.
LED candle light production process we can make the following improvements: the process of blister and lamp body bonding does not appear in the assembly stage, first assemble other structures into the aging stage, and finally complete the blister and lamp body after the aging is over. Bonding, so as to prevent water vapor from appearing during the aging process.
Then the problem is coming again. The consumer will not have this phenomenon in the process of use, but one is in the terminal use stage at the factory stage, and the problem is still not solved.
We also mentioned a factor above: the quality of the glue. Since the fundamental problem cannot be solved in the production process, it can only improve the quality of the glue to cure such problems. However, for small-sized light source products such as LED candle lamps, there is not much added value. Most manufacturers choose glue. It's debatable, so it means buying nothing and not pursuing low prices.
