During the “18th National Congress” period, the Ningxia Power Grid coincided with the beginning of the winter load peak and was also the beginning of the Ningxia Gale Wind Season. Ningxia’s measures to ensure the safety of the power grid and strengthen the checking of the power grid operation mode were carried out through the dispatcher’s on-line calculation and off-line staff calculations. The combined approach eliminates grid operation risks and proposes pre-control measures. At the same time, personnel from both districts and districts comprehensively combinated the operational risks of single busbar, single-supply, single-substation transformer substations, implemented load transfer measures and accident plans; Zero-risk operation of the power grid. During the power protection period, Ningxia strengthened cooperation between the two districts in the district and successfully completed the operation of Tao Le No. 3 Main Transformer, Zaokai Line II and Zhongkai Line II, and completed the Luoshan Variable Stability Control System, which was upgraded. At the same time, Ningxia carried out safety inspections and rectifications on the automation equipment of 220 kV and above plant stations in the network to ensure the normal operation of the automation system and provide more accurate and timely technical support for the operation of the power grid.
