The control signal is combined with Y0 to Y3 to control the action of the solenoid valve. The buttons SB1 to SB7 are signal input buttons.
When the solenoid valve DT1 is required to be actuated, pressing the button SB1PLCY0 outputs a signal to prepare the solenoid valve. At the same time, when button SB2 is pressed, Y4 has an output, and intermediate relay KA1 operates. The DC power supply module 24V is powered by the KA1 normally open contact and the DT1 positive terminal is turned on by DT1. Similarly, when the solenoid valve DT2 is required to operate, it is only necessary to turn off the Y4 output and turn on the Y5 output.
The PLC output terminals Y0~Y3 can be connected to the solenoid valves DT1~DT4, DT5~DT8, DT9~DT12, DT13~DT16 by the four-hole cable. The connection is as follows:
As can be seen from the figure, the circuit relies on the on and off of two points to achieve the purpose of control. This can control 16 components by using 4X4 like a matrix. If 8X8 is used, 64 components can be controlled. The control elements thus output are expanded exponentially.
