As shown in the figure above, R1 and R2 with the same resistance form a voltage divider, so that the voltages of the upper and lower parts are equal. The midpoint of the voltage divider is connected to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier, and the operational amplifier is connected to a voltage follower so that the potential of the O' terminal and the O terminal are equal. The O' end is again a virtual location, which must be isolated from the ground where the input power is applied.

If the bipolar power supply is directly taken out from R1 and R2, the internal resistance of the power supply is large, the load capacity is poor, and the practical value is not large. After using the operational amplifier, the two sets of output power sources have a low internal resistance and the load capacity is enhanced.
