According to reports, Jining High-Tech General Lighting used self-ballasted LED high-efficiency energy-saving lamp automatic production line project investment of 10 million yuan, started construction in December 2009 by Jining Hi-Tech self-raised funds. The production line is equipped with a complete automatic assembly line of LED energy-saving lamps, with an output of 2,500 per hour.
It is understood that the production line products use high-power, high-brightness, natural light LED as the illuminant, using high-integration self-ballasting module as the control circuit, using non-imaging technology to design dimming components and other major technologies to manufacture LED bulbs, compared with incandescent Lights, fluorescent lights, it has the technical advantages of the third generation of lighting products. The product model number is 1W, 3W, 5W, 8W; the photoelectric conversion efficiency reaches 15%, which is 1.67 times higher than that of ordinary products, and the service life can reach 35,000 hours, replacing 25W, 40W, 60W, 100W incandescent lamps or fluorescent lamps of the same power respectively. Basic maintenance-free, filling a number of domestic semiconductor lighting technology domestic gap, reaching the world's advanced level.
