The Shenzhen LED Federation maintains a close relationship with the world's Chinese businessmen. If the conditions are ripe this year, they can be hired to come to Sichuan and Ziyang to drive this work.
The fifth is to do a good job in policy consultation and guidance. Accelerate the connection with key cities, industry associations, key enterprises and key institutions of the energy-saving industry, and propose to set up the China Western Energy Conservation Industry Research Institute to study the economic policy direction of energy-saving industries and provide consulting services for decision-making in the form of soft topics.
The sixth is to implement the talent reserve development strategy. Strengthen the improvement of the existing vocational education system, and do a good job in the connection between vocational education and energy-saving industries. Ziyang can cooperate with Shenzhen and use abundant human resources to establish a talent training and employment base for LED industry. Through three to five years of hard work, we will train and reserve key talents for the development of Ziyang energy-saving industry.
