The Huaneng Zhongtai Power Plant's coal-fired coal sampling machine reconstruction project has already met the tendering conditions. It is now conducting an open tender for the coal-fired coal sampling machine reconstruction project, and interested bidders (hereinafter referred to as applicants) are invited to apply.

1.2. The scope of tender:
Huaneng Zhongtai Power Plant currently has 2 hill pushers, 3 temporary loaders, 1 5T forklift, 2 3T forklifts, 1 wind tricycle, 1 Aucma battery car, and industrial pump room diesel charging. In order to meet production needs, it is planned to outsource the above projects. The contractor conducts regular inspection, maintenance and repair of Huaneng Taian Zotye Power Co., Ltd. factory motor vehicles and charges the industrial pump house diesel engine.
1.3. General requirements:
1. The contractor must arrange professional and technical personnel on-site 24-hour tracking service to ensure the normal use of the vehicle.
2. The replacement parts must be the original manufacturer's accessory products.
3. The contractor shall ensure that the vehicle within the scope of the contract is inspected and maintained no less than once a week and that inspection records are made.
4. The contractor can go to the site to understand the working condition of the vehicle and the state of the vehicle before bidding, and the contractor must not cancel the contract and breach the contract without knowing the specific circumstances after winning the bid.
5. The contract period is two years. Calculated from the date of signing, when the contract expires, the contractor must ensure that the maintenance vehicle is in good use and complete state, otherwise the bid solicitor has the right not to pay the project payment;
6. The maintenance personnel of the contractor shall abide by the factory schedule, safety management system and relevant department management system of Party A.

3. Qualification requirements
3.1 Basic qualifications of applicants:
3.1.1 The applicant should be an independent legal entity legally registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China. It has the ability to independently assume civil liability and has the right to enter into a contract independently.
3.1.2 The company is in good financial condition and has sufficient working capital to undertake the project services.
3.1.3 The special qualification certificate is in the validity period in the bidding and contract implementation stage.
3.1.4 With a good bank credit status, it is not being ordered to suspend business, and assets have been taken over, frozen or bankrupted.
3.1.5 The company shall comply with national laws and administrative regulations, have good reputation, have the ability to perform contracts and have a good record of fulfilling the contract. No major or above quality and safety liability accidents occurred in other similar service projects.
3.1.6 There are no bad records of countries, industries, group companies and Shandong companies.
3.1.7 Two or more legal persons whose legal representative is the same person, parent company, wholly-owned subsidiary company and holding company shall not submit bids at the same time.
3.1.8 The applicant shall meet the requirements of the tender documents for the applicant and shall not be deemed as an unqualified applicant with corruption or fraud as defined by the relevant national administrative department.
3.1.9 Bidders may not be used to obtain qualifications, qualification certificates, etc. by way of transfer or rental, etc. Do not accept the use of forged or altered licenses, provide false financial status or performance, provide false project leader or key technicians' resumes, proof of labor relations, provide false credit status, and other fraudulent behaviors.
3.2 Applicant qualifications:
3.2.1 The applicant must be an independent law that has the business license of the People's Republic of China and the corresponding business scope, and has the qualification for maintenance of construction machinery.
3.2.2 The applicant's registered capital is not less than RMB 1 million;
3.2.3 The applicant must investigate the scene before they can participate in the registration;

Storage temperature range:
Dc Vibration Motor should be stored ta a temperature of -15~65℃.
In case of storage outside this range,the grease on the gearhead area will become unable to function normally and the motor will become unable to start.
Service life:
