The shares were NT$10 in exchange for a new share of the common shares issued by Jingcheng Semiconductor, which was exchanged for 100 million shares of Jingcheng Semiconductor's common stock.
At the same time, the general manager of Jingdian, Dr. Zhou Mingjun resigned as the general manager of the company, the general manager of Jingcheng Semiconductor, the general manager of the company, and the general manager of Jingdian was promoted by Fan Jinyu, the deputy general manager of the company.
