At first, I used 220V series resistor to limit the current and drive the LED high-brightness diode. The disadvantage is that the voltage is high, the safety is poor, and the resistor also consumes part of the power. Later, I used some discarded chargers and bad energy-saving lamps to change into electronic transformers. Output low-voltage lighting LED light, because the voltage to the LED is low (only about 12V), more safety, the current limiting resistor does not need to consume any power consumption, when the debugging is appropriate, there is no need for current limiting resistor. Because the switching power supply can use the protection circuit to control the current in the proper range, install some LED high-brightness diodes in the plastic tube with the decoration and dispose, put the printing plate of the charger into a small box and fix it on the plastic tube, and then disassemble it with the energy-saving lamp. The lower (or used bulb) lamp head is mounted on a small box to become a complete LED fixture (see photo)
The following is a switching power supply modified with a charger: changing R1 can change the output current. Changing the voltage regulation value of ZD1 can change the output voltage. The smaller the voltage regulation value, the lower the output voltage, and vice versa.
When the system is changed, if the secondary voltages are too different, the transformer can also be made with reference to the following parameters: E-shaped 4X4mm high-frequency magnetic core, L1 with 0.15mm enameled wire wrapped around 160åŒ; L2 with 0.15mm enameled wire wrapped around 10åŒ; L3 with 0.39mm The enameled wire is wound around 12 inches. When winding the transformer, it is necessary to use the film tape to do the interlayer insulation. At the same time, a film tape is also placed between the two E-shaped cores to prevent magnetic saturation. Pay attention to the phase relationship when connecting the circuit, or not by vibration (the coil in the figure has black dots as a mark). When the transformer is actually wound, the L1 connected to V1 is wound around the innermost layer of the skeleton, the lower end (the 2 pin of the transformer) is the starting end, and the upper end (the 1 leg of the transformer) is the power supply (300V DC). The feedback coil L2 and the output coil L3 are then wound, which has the advantage that the distributed capacitance between the feedback and output coils and the V1 collector (having a higher pulse voltage) will be greatly reduced, contributing to improved performance.
