In the new round of expansion, we must be cautious about the supply and demand of the industry: MOCVD last year's peak production expansion was in 2010 and 2011, after the growth of backlight and lighting demand was slower than expected, the upstream chip end was in oversupply for two years, 2011 In 2012, the price of chips fell by 35%-50% per year, and the decline in 2013 narrowed to 20%-25%. It shows that after two years of slowdown in industry demand growth and expansion, the current supply and demand of the industry is at a good level. We believe that the LED industry is still in the early stage of growth. At present, the price of LED lamps is still higher than that of energy-saving lamps. If there is more sufficient capacity in the upstream of the industry, if the policy subsidizes consumers more, it will be more beneficial to the demand of the industry and keep it.
