Frequency, with the advantages of phase noise and low clutter performance, making it ideal for radar and other radiator or frequency generation applications. Typical uses for this new family of products include phase-locked loops, frequency synthesizers, function generators, and local oscillator sources as receivers and transmitters.

The new phase-locked oscillators are available in 20 different models and offer six popular fixed output frequencies of 50MHz, 100MHz, 500MHz, 1000MHz, 2000MHz, 4000MHz and 6000MHz. Typical performance of these phase-locked oscillator products includes: excellent phase noise of -105dBc/Hz at 10KHz bias; buffered output power level of +7dBm; low second harmonic and clutter suppression levels of -25dBc and -70dBc, respectively . In addition, these new products feature an external frequency reference of 10MHz or 100MHz and a TTL lockout detection output that indicates a loss of lock condition.
These phase-locked oscillator products are all RoHS compliant and operate over the full temperature range of -30 degrees Celsius to +70 degrees Celsius. In addition, it is available in a single DC positive voltage supply and is available in SMA connector and small surface mount packages. The SMA connector package is available in a nickel-plated package with DC bias and signal pins and an integrated mounting backplane; a surface mount package with a gold-clad nickel mounting surface and a downloadable Gerber for optimized mounting dimensions File software.
