With the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) four LED lighting products energy-saving certification rules and three LED lighting products energy-saving certification technical specifications released at the end of 2010, it marks LED road / tunnel lighting products, LED downlights, reflective The self-ballasted LED lamp energy-saving certification work kicked off. The National Electric Light Source Quality Inspection Center (Shanghai) and the National Lighting Quality Inspection Center will carry out energy-saving certification tests for the above three categories of LED lighting products, and undertake corresponding testing tasks.
(a) On December 28, 2010, CQC issued the following four LED lighting product energy-saving certification rules:
(1) CQC31-465315-2010 "LED Downlight Energy Saving Certification Rules";
(2) CQC31-465137-2010 "Reflective self-ballasted LED lamp energy-saving certification rules";
(3) CQC31-465138-2010 "Self-ballasted LED lamp safety and electromagnetic compatibility certification rules for general lighting";
(4) CQC31-465392-2010 "Energy Conservation Certification Rules for LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Products".
The above four energy-saving certification rules will be implemented from December 28, 2010.
(b) CQC released the following three LED lighting product energy-saving certification technical specifications on December 31, 2010:
(1) CQC3127-2010 "Technical Specifications for Energy-saving Certification of LED Road/Tunnel Lighting Products";
(2) CQC3128-2010 "Technical Specifications for Energy Saving Certification of LED Downlights";
(3) CQC3129-2010 "Reflective self-ballasted LED lamp energy-saving certification technical specification".
The above four energy-saving certification technical specifications will be implemented from December 31, 2010.
