The power battery that accounts for one-third of the vehicle's production cost is an important part of new energy vehicles. Zhuzhou is accelerating this shortfall.
Last year, sublimation technology, which mainly produces power battery materials, was contracted to enter Tianyi Science and Technology. Its lithium iron phosphate products are widely used in new energy buses such as Jinlong Bus, Yutong Bus and Wuzhou Long Bus, and are the largest supplier of lithium iron phosphate materials in China. one. Fu Energy Technology (Zhouzhou) 8GWH power battery PACK project has started construction, after all completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 7 billion yuan. Boasting China's first fully automated soft package PACK production line, Banghua New Energy will enter the Dynamic Valley Innovation Park. It is expected to start trial production after installation and commissioning next month. Cubic New Energy's high-end power and energy storage battery manufacturing base was completed and put into operation in one phase, achieving a total annual output value of over 2 billion yuan within three years.

Zhuzhou has its own design company and testing agency

In terms of new energy vehicle design, Hunan Longchuang, the only company awarded the title of “National Industrial Design Enterprise†by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology last year, has entered and operated the Dynamic Valley Independent Innovation Park. This is the city's first specialized automotive design company.
In terms of testing new energy vehicles, the Zhuzhou Branch Center of the National New Energy Vehicle Inspection Center was also opened last year. The project can further support the research and development of common energy technologies for new energy vehicles, reduce the cost of R&D testing and testing for enterprises, and shorten the cycle of product development and listing. It is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
In terms of market applications, last year, Zhuzhou’s first new energy auto 4S shop opened for business. In addition to the sale of BAIC new energy vehicles, 2,000 new energy vehicles will be officially launched on the market this year to provide leasing services. Anhui Wuhu Hengtian Yikai Software Technology Co., Ltd. plans to invest 500 new energy car leases in Zhuzhou within three years, invest 6,000 new energy rental cars, and build 6,000 smart charging piles.
In terms of industry funds, the two major platform companies in the High-tech Zone and China Everbright Financial Asset Management Co., Ltd. have jointly established a three-billion-yuan “China Everbright-Zhuzhou High-end Industry Development Investment Fundâ€, which will focus on supporting the development of the automotive and new energy automotive industry. .
