Isolation switch and grounding switch for regular maintenance items

(1) Remove the dirt on the surface of the moving and static contacts and apply Vaseline to prevent oxidation or corrosion.

(2) Check the insertion or clamping depth of the moving and static contacts, the pressure between the moving and static contacts, and measure the loop resistance of the isolating switch and the grounding switch.

(3) Add lubricating oil (fat) to the rotating parts of bearings, bushings, gears, worm gears, worms, etc., if necessary, add lubricating oil (fat) after cleaning.

(4) Check the operation of the transmission mechanism, each part should run smoothly, the termination position is accurate, and adjustments should be made if necessary.

(5) Check the fasteners of each connecting part and tighten them according to the specified torque.

(6) Wash or clean the surface of the insulator.

(7) Check and verify the electrical operation circuit, auxiliary contacts, anti-misoperation locking device, etc.

(8) Shake the insulation of the power supply of the electric operating mechanism.
